Your appointments are very important to the Alan Murphy Salon team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
ONE DAY ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $50.
NO SHOWS
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged the full amount of their service.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
